Location

Close to Ironbridge, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury and Much Wenlock, with excellent walks and cycling trails on the doorstep.

For golfers there is Horsehay Golf Course.

For those who enjoy cold water swimming, Simpson’s Pool is within walking distance.

For those who enjoy walking or mountain biking there are many routes up or around the Wrekin.

You can also walk into Coalbrookdale, by turning left out of the drive, follow the land around to the right to the end you will find a gateway, which is a Permissive walkway.  Follow to the end and the turn left and this road will take you down into Coalbrookdale.

Or alternatively if you fancy walking to the pub, if you turned right at the end of the track this will take you up into Little Wenlock, where you will find The Huntsman Pub, they have a walker’s bar and well behaved dogs are most welcome.

You can either drive down into Ironbridge or alternatively there is a Park & Ride located at TF4 3XH.  There you will find many museums, pubs, restaurant’s and ‘Eleys World Famous Pork Pie shop.
